When you register, we need to know your name, e-mail & delivery address so we can process your order. Your Rank and Regiment are also requested so that we can send you the correct kit, neither your Rank or your Regiment or any other indicator of military status will be used in any correspondence or delivery except for BFPO deliveries.

We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some deliveries this number may be given to our couriers incase there is a problem with your delivery.

How does Messkit Online protect customer information?
As required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. All online transactions are made via Worldpay who use secure 128bit encryption.

What about "cookies"?
The Messkit Online website uses "sessions" to store the items in your basket while you are on the website. A "session" is simply a variable stored in the memory of your computer for the duration of your visit. Once you close your browser all "sessions " are cleared. The system will also store your login details using "cookies" if you select 'remember me' during log in.
