1. Shoulders. Measure from the tips of the shoulders.

2. Collar: Measure around your neck at its fullest.

3. Chest Size. Pass the tape around the chest keeping the tape well up under the arms and over the shoulder blades.

4. Waist: Measure around your waist passing the tape measure over your naval.

5. Nape to Waist: Measure down the contour of your back from your collar to your natural waist. This is roughly opposite your naval.

6. Sleeve Length: Measure down the outside of your arm from the tip of your shoulder to the cuff.

7. Height: In stocking feet measure parallel from the top of your head to the floor.
