Collared Marcella Shirt should be worn with Bow Tie
*Does not apply to regiments with raised collor mess jacket
Miniature Medals should be worn Court Mounted on left lapel or jacket breast if no lapel is present.
All mess dress trousers are 'High Rise' style and are worn with the waistband over the naval. Belts are not permitted and should always be worn with uniform braces.
Collor, Rank and Sleeve Badges should be attatched as outlined by regiment guidlines.
Bottom of trouser leg should sit neatly on the top of boot or shoe.
George Boots, Mess Wellingtons or Shoes should be worn dependent upon Rank and Regiment.
How to look after your Mess DressTo keep your garment looking new and ensure years of reliable wear please follow these care instructions.
Dry clean only with reputable tradesman. Your uniform should be cleaned only when necessary.
Always hang on a wide hanger with trouser bar and store in the carry cover provided.
