Refunds and Returns We will accept the return of non-tailored items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. You must notify us of your intent within 7 days after the day you receive your order. A full refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We require our customers to cover the cost of returning unwanted orders. A deduction will be made from the refund for the collection of unwanted goods not returned by the customer.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
To Return an Item: For Made-to-Measure items please email sales@messkitonline.co.uk stating the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will contact you with details of the return procedure. For all other items please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:
