1. Shoulders. Measure from the tips of the shoulders.

2. Collar: Measure around your neck at its fullest part, add half inch to find your collar size.

3. Chest Size. Pass the tape around the chest keeping the tape well up under the arms and over the shoulder blades.

4. Waist: Measure around your waist passing the tape measure over your naval.

5. Seat: Measure all the way around the prominence of the seat.

6. Thigh: Measure around your thigh at its fullest.

7. Nape to Waist: Measure down the contour of your back from your collar to your natural waist. This is roughly opposite your naval.

8. Sleeve Length: Measure down the outside of your arm from the tip of your shoulder to the cuff.

9. Inside leg: In your stocking feet measure from well up into the crotch down the inside of your leg to the floor.

10. Height: In stocking feet measure parallel from the top of your head to the floor.
